Class XII

 

Monthly tests for class XII should be conducted and and record to be maintained. The maximum marks for the paper will be 35/40/50 and duration of test would be 1 ½ hours.

The test should be conducted in the month of April (May-June), July, August, October and November.

 

 

 

From 1st to 10th October: Half Yearly Examination should be conducted . The maximum Marks for the exam should be 70/80/100 and duration is 3 hours.

General Instructions:

1.       Scholastic activities will be graded on a 9 point scale (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2 D and E)

1 .Co-Scholastic activities, a) Work Experience, b)Art Education, c) Health and Physical Educationare to be carried out and assessed by TGT (WE),TGT (AE) and TGT (P&HE) and others on a 5  point scale (A to E)  for classes IX and above and on a 3 point scale for Classes III to VIII, as per the guidelines and relevant records are to be maintained by them.

2.Discipline (Attendance, Sincerity, Behaviour, Values) –To be graded on a 5 point scale (A to E) for classes IX and above and on a 3 point scale for Classes III to VIII.
